Level 9 Designs was created back in 2004 by Rayne Sanders. Our team has been on the internet since the early 90’s and is very knowledgeable in the area of web development, graphic design, Marketing, and Internet development.

Currently we are a freelance design company, but are open to contract jobs. We have over eight (8) years experience in creating stunning, user friendly, standards-compliant, accessible, and search engine friendly Web sites for countless delighted web design clients.
